As part of our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive and coordinated care. Your responsibilities will include accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to professional and regulatory standards. SCHEDULE:

The schedule for this position entails Monday through Friday day shifts. On-call duties, which may include after-hours and weekend work, will be rotated based on location.

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS AND LICENSURE: Current RN Licensure with state of employment with no encumbrance Previous nursing experience, preferably in hospice or palliative care, highly preferred. Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to provide comfort and support to patients and families/loved ones during a challenging time.
