Youth & Family Clinical Therapist – Community-Based Program | Small Caseload 
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS to join our MST teams and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. If you are inspired to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

• Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
• Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.

Candidates MUST be willing and able to :

• Live locally, within 1 hour of the noted territory. 
• Provide therapy inside the family home as a regular part of the position.
• Maintain a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed, based on the availability of the youth and family.
• Regularly travel throughout the full identified service territory to meet with families and provide services where needed (Lexington, Columbia, and Richland) 

Minimum Requirements :

• Candidates possessing a  Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field .

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working with youth and families.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
