Registered Nurse – TelemetrySchedule: 12-hour nights, 1845-0715; Every other weekend; Holiday requirements apply.Assignment Details: Contract Length: 14 weeks; Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week.Requirements:1 year of Telemetry RN experienceRN LicenseBLS CertificationACLS CertificationEMR: Altera Sunrise (similar to Cerner)Nicotine-free facility policyResponsibilities:Provide direct patient care in a telemetry settingMonitor patient vital signs and report any changesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedCollaborate with healthcare team members to develop patient care plansEducate patients and families on health management and care plansDocument patient findings and care provided accuratelyCompliance / Notes:Orientation will take place over 5 days, with specific training at the facility.
