In this role, you'll travel between multiple locations, supporting different teams and clinicians while bringing consistency and high-quality care wherever you go. With an average of fewer than 12 patients per day and a power scheduling model, you'll still have the flexibility to deliver individualized, patient-centered care in every setting.

Responsibilities

• Traveling between clinics in the region based on coverage needs
• Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient's goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Compensation: $46-48/Hr + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, Mileage Reimbursement available based on location, and Part Time or PRN options!
