Full Stack Python/React Developer

*Full Stack Python/React Developer* *W2 ONLY - NO C2C* *Hybrid in Irving, TX* We are seeking a *Full Stack Developer* with strong technical leadership skills and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset to join a growing *AI Security team*. In this role, you will help design, build, and modernize security platforms by integrating AI-driven assessment tools, automating workflows, and developing scalable enterprise applications.

*What You'll Do*
* Design, build, and deliver end-to-end full stack applications and services
* Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Python
* Build dashboards, reporting tools, and workflow applications using React
* Integrate AI/ML models and platforms into enterprise solutions
* Develop automation solutions for governance, security, and operational workflows
* Create and maintain data pipelines and service integrations
* Collaborate across teams to define architecture and deliver high-quality solutions
* Champion engineering best practices including test automation, TDD, and CI/CD
*Required Qualifications*
* 7+ years of professional software development experience
* Strong Python development experience with the ability to build and deploy end-to-end solutions
* Experience designing and supporting RESTful APIs and microservices
* Front-end development experience with React
* Experience working within multi-tier and enterprise architectures
* Exposure to AI/ML technologies and model integration
* Experience building automated workflows, APIs, and data pipelines
* Strong understanding of software quality, testing, and engineering best practices
* Cloud experience in GCP, Azure, or AWS
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience with AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker, or similar technologies
* Experience in security, governance, or compliance-related applications
* Experience working in enterprise-scale cloud environments

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $96.00/hr.
