Program Services Coordinator

Overview As an Underwriter, you’ll analyze insurance applications and manage large or high‑risk clients within the Social Services/Human Services sector. The position handles both new business and renewals in the assigned territory, builds strong relationships with retail and carrier contacts, and drives business growth and profitability. This is a remote opportunity within the United States. Key Responsibilities Assess insurance applications, evaluate risks, and determine appropriate coverage and pricing for Human Services accounts. Work with accounts to make informed decisions and create tailored insurance solutions. Develop underwriting strategies, monitor team performance, and generate reports to track key metrics such as policy performance and market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and carrier contacts. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current within the industry. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
