Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact. must be able to work hybrid in Alpharetta, GA and travel frequently including on weekends The Event Associate (internal title: Program Associate) is responsible for assisting the automotive team with planning and executing exciting consumer experiences, across multipleprograms. This position will work with both internal and external partners and clients to oversee the development and execution ofevents. We believe in Extraordinary. That brings us to you. You’re a passionate experiential marketing Account Executive (internal title: Program Associate) to work on an Automotive account (we LOVE cars). This role will involve aspects of experiential/event marketing and meeting planning. It requires an individual who is highly organized, confident, and collaborative. Here’s the job: Cultivate strong and productive relationships with clients, agency partners and third-party resources Use the creative part of your brain to come up with unique approaches to engage consumers Create and deliver presentations that leave audiences clamoring for more Relish in the opportunity to demonstrate your negotiation skills to ensure the client is getting the most bang for their buck Track client budgets and provide clear communication to the client regarding budget, scope, schedule, and project status/action items Work with a close-knit team who is made up of people that actually like hanging out with each other How you should be wired: You say “yes” more than “no” You demonstrate a strong ability to manage multiple assignments at one time You’re comfortable in front of clients and confident in your role You’re a team player who is strong at collaboration and always willing to support others You are highly organized, with a keen eye for detail How you can support our culture: You enjoy and succeed at working REALLY well with others You support and contribute to a positive and productive cultural environment What we require: 2 plus years of experience required Strong project management, organizational and communication skills Experience in experiential marketing / events (planning, onsite execution), negotiating and giving presentations strongly preferred, interest or experience in golf a plus Willing to Travel up to 30% and work weekends, if necessary Comfortable working hybrid in office 3 days/week Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity and inclusion.
