1:1 for a medically fragile preschool student. Bus Transportation is required. G-tube, wheelchair bound, toileting support needed

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking passionate and dedicated School Nurses to join our team for the 20262027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for School Nurses in a variety of settings. What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
• Monitor student health and maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency care plans.
• Participate in IEP and 504 Plan meetings when needed, contributing medical and health-related insights.
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives within the school community.
• Ensure compliance with state-mandated screenings and immunization requirements.
• Respond to health emergencies and implement appropriate interventions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and FERPA regulations.

More specific job roles will vary based on state and district requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where services will be provided.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• School Nurse Services Credential (where required).
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently.
