Internal Medicine Specialist (ACVIM) – Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital Location: Grand Rapids or Byron Center, Michigan. About the Role Board‑certified or residency‑trained Internal Medicine Specialist needed for a 24‑hour specialty and emergency team. The position offers flexibility, with no on‑call required. Key Responsibilities Provide internal medicine care to patients in a 24‑hour specialty and emergency setting. Collaborate with emergency clinicians, critical care, surgery, ophthalmology, and cardiology teams. Develop and shape the internal medicine service within the hospital. Utilize equipment and tools to support and improve patient care. Qualifications Board‑certified or residency‑trained in Internal Medicine (ACVIM).
