Licensed Health Insurance Agents

Sagility is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to support leading health plans in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. In this role, you’ll educate consumers on plan options, explain benefits and eligibility, and complete compliant enrollments via phone and digital channels. You’ll leverage analytics-driven tools and scripts while protecting PHI and following HIPAA, CMS, and state regulations. Sagility’s culture of empathy and innovation supports your growth with ongoing training, coaching, and advancement opportunities, as you help improve access to care and member experience at scale.
