Server Assistant: The Server Assistant plays a key support role in the seamless execution of service, maintaining the flow and rhythm of the dining room. In this role, you will be responsible for building and resetting tables, marking flatware and glassware, running and clearing courses, maintaining water and beverage service, and ensuring the Lead Servers are consistently supported. This position requires speed, precision, and a proactive mindset to uphold Michelin-level dining and Forbes 5-star service standards. This position is based at our JUSTIN Estate: 11680 Chimney Rock Road, Paso Robles, CA 93446. The work schedule is Thursday - Sunday (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or closing). This position requires weekend availability and the ability to work late nights. Job Description Assist with dining room setup prior to service, including but not limited to: linens, glassware, silverware, and tabletop details, fans/heaters and other equipment Maintain the cleanliness of the interior/exterior of guest areas Maintain water service and refill beverages promptly and discreetly Deliver and clear food courses in coordination with the Captain and kitchen within FORBES 5-star service Accurately mark tables with appropriate flatware and glass #J-18808-Ljbffr
