Drive projects to completion by tracking action items, managing scope, and holding team members accountable for deliverables. Utilize portfolio tracking tools to generate and distribute recurring and ad-hoc project reports for various audiences. Ensure all project documentation is meticulously maintained, including meeting agendas, minutes, action logs, and decision registers.
