Located in dynamic Pearland, one of the fastest-growing communities in the country, Memorial Hermann Pearland Hospital brings the expertise of the Memorial Hermann Health System close to home.This small non-specialized 12 bed ICU allows opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients including Neuro (TNK), Cardiac (IAPB), Medicine, and Surgery. The team offers a family like and highly collaborative environment with a 2:1 patient to RN ratio and 24 hour intensivist coverage.Job DescriptionMinimum QualificationsEducation: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; Bachelors of Nursing preferredLicenses/Certifications:Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursingCertified in Basic Life SupportAdditional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirementsExperience / Knowledge / Skills:RN I < 1 yearRN II = 1-3 yearsRN III = 3-10 yearsRN IV = 10+ yearsEffective oral and written communication skills
