Position Overview: We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and highly motivated Medical Receptionist to join our front office team. If you’re friendly, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about making patients feel welcomed and supported, we’d love to meet you. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative and clinical support tasks in our busy medical practice. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls Schedule appointments Handle insurance verifications and prior authorization requests Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality Perform general office duties such as scanning, and faxing documents Coordinate with other staff to ensure smooth office operations Additional Responsibilities: Willingness to cross-train and assist in various clerical and clinical support areas, which may include Rooming Technician and Procedure Room Assistant. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred but not required Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation Willingness to assist with light clinical duties (training provided if needed) If you are enthusiastic about healthcare, enjoy working with people, and are looking to grow your career in a dynamic clinical setting, we encourage you to apply.
