As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team in our new Carmel, Indiana office, a collaborative space designed to support connection, flexibility, and growth. We are looking for an experienced CPA who enjoys working directly with clients, solving complex problems, and helping people succeed both personally and professionally. Position Summary The Senior Advisor role is ideal for an experienced CPA who wants to move beyond transactional work and play a meaningful leadership role within a growing firm. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of business and individual clients, lead advisor y and tax engagements, review and sign tax returns, and provide proactive guidance that helps clients operate and grow more effectively. You will serve as a key relationship leader for clients while collaborating closely with Emerging Advisor s, Advisor s, and Managing Advisor s. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, technically strong, communicates clearly, and enjoys mentoring others while contributing to the continued growth of the firm. What You’ll Do As a Senior Advisor at EMA, you will lead client relationships and provide tax, accounting, and strategic advisor y support that helps clients make informed decisions and achieve long-term success. Responsibilities include: Manage and advise a portfolio of individual and business clients Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance Review and sign individual and business income tax returns Provide proactive tax planning and advisor y support Analyze financial information and provide practical recommendations to clients Support business owners with financial, operational, and strategic questions Collaborate with Advisor s and Managing Advisor s on client engagements and firm initiatives Mentor and support junior team members in their technical and professional development Help identify opportunities to improve processes, client experience, and firm operations Continue developing technical expertise and industry knowledge How We Work At Evans May Advisor y, we believe great client service starts with supporting our people first.
