Customer Success & Adoption Operations Manager

Jobtailor is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and value for enterprise customers in a post-sales capacity. You will build customer success plans, collaborate with IGT systems teams to identify new usage opportunities, and advocate needs across departments while managing concerns. Expect up to 50% travel as business needs dictate.
