Location: Everett, WA

Start Date: 08/19/2026

End Date/Duration: Through April 2027

Shift: 7:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday - Wednesday (operating days), Friday clinic/admin day, Thursday off

Hours/Week: 40 hours minimum (plus OT as applicable)

Employment Type: Temporary/Locum

Licensure/Certifications: Active WA or IMLC license, DEA, BC status, RNFA or related certification

Experience: Gynecologic surgery, robotic surgeries (DaVinci system), pelvic exams, first assisting experience

What You'll Do

• Provide gynecologic first assist in inpatient and outpatient settings, including surgical procedures
• Assist with GYN oncology surgeries and robotic procedures using DaVinci Surgical system
• Conduct pelvic exams and assist in routine gynecology procedures
• Participate in patient assessments, pre- and post-operative care
• Collaborate with surgical teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Support the clinic with administrative and clinical tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies

What You Need Required

• Active WA or IMLC licensure
• DEA registration
• BC status in relevant specialty
• Experience with GYN surgeries, robotic systems (DaVinci preferred), pelvic exams
• First assisting experience; RNFA certification preferred

Preferred

• Familiarity with inpatient and outpatient gynecology approaches
• Ability to adapt to evolving surgical techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
