WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The HVAC Lead Installer works Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional overtime.
You'll set the tone for successful and efficient installations, expertly guiding your team in accurately installing and testing various heating and air conditioning equipment. With a polite and professional attitude, you'll speak with customers about the project, answer any questions, and resolve any concerns. Then you'll lead your team in installing the new system, performing hands-on work yourself to get the job done correctly and within a reasonable timeframe. Every day will bring something different, but your commitment to doing an incredible job will stay the same!

APPLY IF YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Universal EPA certification
- 5+ years of heating and air conditioning installation experience
- Valid driver's License with a clean driving record
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work some overtime if needed
- Ability to serve the Pittsboro and Brownsburg areas
It's not required, but we'd prefer that our HVAC Lead Installer is NATE-certified and has at least one year of experience as a lead installer. Experience in a management position or installing geothermal/mini-split systems would be a bonus!
