We are looking for motivated, customer service-oriented technicians to join our team immediately. We are looking for people who love working as a team yet can work independently while completing high standards of service, loyalty to our customers, and the desire to learn continuously. You are responsible for completing your daily route, and paperwork, providing peace of mind & first rate customer service to your customers, retaining and growing your customer base, and attending company meetings. As a member of the Bug Depot Team, you are the face that represents us all. We offer well above the Industry standard hourly rate for technicians in the Columbia, SC area.

$20 to $25 an hour PLUS BONUSES AND COMMISSION. 34k -55k annually. Bug Depot is a Veteran Family & Locally owned business dedicated to pest control since 1962. Celebrating 60 years. We are looking to hire a Full Time Technician to join our team. Family like atmosphere, with a supportive team helping each other to achieve their goals.

Bug Depot is a small Family Owned Business since 1962. operating first as Best Exterminating and now as Bug Depot Termite and Pest Control for over 30 years covering The Midlands Area. We are looking for motivated, customer service-oriented technicians to join our team immediately. Our daily goal is to Under Promise and Overdeliver exceptional service to all our customers.

Prior pest control experience is NOT required. Experience preferred but not needed we are willing to train the right individual

Requirements
•\tExperience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person.
•\tHave a clean MVR, drug screen, and background checks
•\tStable work History
•\tGood Communication Skills
•\tProfessional Appearance
Responsibilities

•\tTechnicians are responsible for Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships
•\tCompletion of a Monthly Pest Control Route
•\tCommunicating with the Office and Customers
•\tQuoting and Selling Services
•\tConducting Inspections, Monitoring Pest Problems, and Establishing Best Treatment Options
•\tUpdating Customer Accounts, changes in emails, Cell numbers, etc.
