Job Title: PCU Registered Nurse

Location: Marshfield, WI

Pay: $2,653.20 per week

Shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7:00-19:30 or 19:00-7:30

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated PCU Registered Nurse for an assignment in Marshfield, WI. This travel role emphasizes a neuro focus and demands proficiency in working with traches and vents. Working within an acute care environment, the candidate will have a direct impact on patient outcomes in a progressive care unit.

Key Responsibilities of the PCU Registered Nurse

Manage patient care with a neuro-focused approach, dealing with strokes, seizures, Guillain-Barré, and other neurological conditions
Administer and titrate medications including Heparin, Nitro, and Diltiazem
Work within a patient ratio of 1:4-6, depending on shift and acuity
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including nurse aides and tele/monitor techs
Participate in unit-specific orientation and adapt to floating requirements as needed

Requirements of the PCU Registered Nurse

Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in MS, PCU, or ICU settings within the last year
Experience with trach and home vents preferred; willingness to train on vents required
Ability to titrate drips effectively in a fast-paced environment
