Description

Napa on Providence, known for its exquisite cuisine and impeccable service, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Fine Dining Server to join our prestigious team.

Position: Fine Dining Server

Responsibilities:

Exemplary Service: Provide a level of service that exceeds guest expectations, ensuring a memorable and refined dining experience.
Menu Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.
Attention to Detail: Attend to every detail of the guest experience, from table settings to ensuring each course is presented flawlessly.
Wine Service: Conduct wine service with confidence, offering recommendations and ensuring glasses are expertly filled.
Adaptability: Navigate a dynamic and fast-paced environment with grace, adjusting to the needs of each guest.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and service staff to maintain a harmonious and efficient dining operation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Fine Dining Server in a reputable establishment.
Exceptional knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and culinary techniques.
Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
