Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienist – Woodbury HealthPartners is hiring a Dental Hygienist for its Woodbury location. Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis. Pay ranges from $43.34 to $59.44 per hour, depending on qualifications. Sign‑on bonuses are available for eligible candidates. Position Requirements Licensed dental hygienist in the state of Minnesota. Ability to perform all duties within the scope of practice established by state regulations and the Minnesota Board of Dentistry, including any new functions that require credentialing or certification after provided training. Proven teamwork skills with dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and clerical staff. Good visual acuity, hand‑eye coordination, and repetitive hand/arm motion capability. Ability to sit for prolonged periods (at least 60 minutes). Proficiency in English required; other language skills may be advantageous. Accountabilities Perform duties in accordance with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry regulations. Apply clinical emergency procedures and maintain proficiency. Implement policies, procedures, and treatment guidelines. Manage patient schedules to ensure efficient clinic workflow. Maintain patient‑care equipment, supplies, and processes. Use appropriate systems to record and maintain accurate patient records. Maintain a recall process, working with clerical staff to keep the recall system up to date.
