HomeBridge Partners is expanding and looking for motivated Sales Representatives to help connect homeowners with trusted residential painting contractors.

This is a flexible opportunity designed for people who want to build an additional income stream without necessarily leaving their current job. If you currently have a job, you are welcome to continue working it while building your HomeBridge Partners income. You control how much time you dedicate and, ultimately, how much you can earn.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide scripts, training, coaching, and ongoing support.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibility is identifying homeowners who may be interested in residential painting services and submitting qualified opportunities to our team.

You will:

• Speak with homeowners through a variety of outreach methods
• Build relationships and establish trust
• Identify homeowners interested in painting projects
• Collect basic project and contact information
• Submit qualified opportunities through our system
• Maintain accurate lead records
• Follow our sales process and use provided scripts

You are not responsible for estimating projects, managing contractors, or scheduling painting work. Our team handles those functions.

Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, real estate, construction, canvassing, or other people-focused roles is helpful but not required.

Compensation

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position with 100% performance-based compensation .

Representatives earn based on qualified opportunities and the revenue generated from completed painting projects originating from their efforts.

There is no fixed hourly wage and no cap on earnings . Your income is directly tied to your performance.
