Our holistic approach focuses on healing the mind, body, and spirit, creating a supportive environment where our clients can achieve lasting recovery.Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN)/LPN to join our team for the overnight/day shift. This PRN position plays a critical role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients during nighttime/daytime hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent clinical skills, and a genuine passion for helping individuals on their recovery journey.Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to clients, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and managing medical needs.- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and mental health status and develop individualized care plans.- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.- Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.- Offer emotional support and education to clients, fostering a therapeutic environment.- Participate in shift handovers and communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing staff.- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment.Qualifications:- Current and valid RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona.- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
