GUHO CORP is a general contractor based in Eagle, Idaho providing General Contracting, CM/GC, Construction Management, and Design Build services throughout southern Idaho. We are looking to for an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team! We pride ourselves in providing innovative ideas and cost effective solutions and are known for our desire to be involved in projects that are high profile, complex, and unique.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and tactical support, working directly under one of our Project Managers on multiple small and multi-million dollar projects. Either a degree in Construction Management or experience in the construction industry is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Daily interaction with Project Manager
• Help with preparation of estimates
• Communication with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing
• Bluebeam / digital take offs
• Coordinate of submittals, deliveries, and material purchases
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are on time and to be delivered as promised
• Communication with project superintendents on job site
• Scheduling and attending jobsite meetings with Project Team and Owner & Architect.
• Working with Procore

Required Skills:

• Either a Construction Management degree or experience in the construction industry
• Ability to follow directions and take initiative
• Excellent communication, accounting, and organizational skills
• Excellent computer skills including Excel
• Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore
