Overview
We are seeking to add a dedicated & detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The position is Monday through Friday 8 to 5.
This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness & the ability to work independently & as part of a team.
Duties
- Performing move out cleans in vacant homes.
- Following step by step procedures that will be provided to you at every job to insure efficiency & proper time management.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time as well as be comfortable wearing a backpack vacuum weighing up to 15 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license & their own vehicle.
- Must have a phone to take pictures & store pictures for up to 3 days.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- The ability to take direction & accept constructive criticism.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that require standing, bending, lifting, moving & climbing stairs if needed.
- Integrity & a positive attitude are a must!
