Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities include: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications include: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Mandeville. Our office is open 9:00-5:00. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
