ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Julio Martinez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Our office is open 9:00 am - 5:00 pm .
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• I am a proud graduate of San Jose State University .
• We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and Bronze Tablet
