About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 12 weeks Shift: 0645-1700 Hours per Shift: 10 hours Experience: 0 years of experience License: RN State License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Completion of required medical health and human resources documentation Description: The position requires the completion of various personal health assessments and vaccinations. These include a Mask Fit Test and several immunizations such as MMR, COVID-19 Vaccine, Flu Vaccine, Tdap, Varicella, and Hepatitis B. A Drug Screen and TB Questionnaire will also be mandatory. Candidates must submit an Employee Medical History Form and a Health Statement. Human resources documentation must include a signed job description, a signed offer letter, and a background check. Additional certifications required are BLS and ACLS, as well as completion of an Annual TRA Evaluation. Candidates must also complete a Unit Knowledge Exam and other assessments related to operating room skills. It is essential to have a Driver's License or State ID. Reference checks and completion of competency validations will be necessary. Candidates must ensure that all required documentation is submitted by the specified due date.
