Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Circulate for various surgeries including ENT, general surgery, and orthopedics.
• Scrub for vascular surgery procedures proficiently.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
• Ensure scheduling flexibility, adjusting to shift length needs (8/10/12 hours).
• Participate in the on-call rotation with approximately 48-56 hours per 6-week schedule.
• Adhere to all OR safety protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience required.
• Orthopedic and spine experience mandatory.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Proficiency in EPIC charting system is required.
• Flexibility in shifts and call schedule participation required.
