Average employee total compensation is $90,000-120,000. Currently our highest earning producer is at is $135,000. 10 days of PTO a year, pro-rated. Manage a sales funnel: Call, Prospect, Find solution, Close, Onboard Use Needs-Based Selling. Customize a plan for customer. No product pushing. Types of insurance you'll sell: Auto, Home, Motorcycle, Boat, Personal Property, Commercial, etc. Meet or exceed monthly production goals Requirements No previous insurance experience or license necessary.
