Key Responsibilities:

• Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels
• Screen applicants and manage activity within the ATS
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and relationships
• Partner with stakeholders to support hiring needs with urgency and professionalism

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (professional roles)
• Agency and/or corporate recruiting background preferred
• Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, sense-of-urgency mindset
• Experience with ATS, CRM, and recruiting tools (Greenhouse a plus)
• Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and relationship-building ability

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• Employment Type: 3-4 month contract assignment
• Compensation: $28-32/hr.
• Location: Irving, TX 75063
