Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) for inpatient care at a healthcare facility located in Redwood City, California. This full-time role involves providing acute care services across a variety of patient populations including orthopedic, ICU, and cardiac surgery patients. Candidates must hold an active license and have their BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Redwood City, California

• Shifts: 8-hour shifts scheduled during the following times: 8:30am - 5:00pm, 9:00am - 5:30pm, 9:30am - 6:00pm, 10:30am - 7:00pm, and varied shifts. The schedule averages 40 hours per week, with a typical start date of 06/08/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state license, BLS certification, COVID-19 vaccination, a minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care physical therapy, with experience in orthopedics, total joints, ICU, ventilation management, med-surg, oncology, and cardiology.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with orthopedic patients, total joints, and ventilated ICU patients.
• Additional Information: Not currently seeking full-time staff; the candidate should be able to "hit the ground running" with prior acute care experience. The facility operates with a brief orientation, usually one day or less, and requires staff to work on holidays.
