Work Arrangement: Onsite

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Scale Solution Architect to help drive the evolution of large-scale Sales and Marketing technology platforms within a complex enterprise environment.

This role will serve as a strategic technical leader responsible for defining domain architecture, guiding solution design, and ensuring systems are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of architecture expertise, functional business knowledge, and hands-on experience supporting enterprise Sales, Marketing, CRM, and customer-facing technology ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and continuously evolve end-to-end architecture for Sales and Marketing platforms, applications, services, integrations, and supporting technologies.

Establish architectural standards, principles, and reference patterns that promote consistency across teams.

Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.

Develop deep functional understanding of Sales and Marketing systems, workflows, and business processes.

Design scalable cloud-native solutions utilizing microservices, APIs, and event-driven architectures.

Promote architectural best practices focused on reliability, performance, security, and operational excellence.

Translate business strategies and product roadmaps into technology roadmaps and architectural direction.

Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations through proof-of-concept initiatives and architecture assessments.

Guide teams in maximizing reuse of existing capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization and technical debt.

Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership on architectural decision-making.

Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives and modernization efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.

12+ years of IT experience covering at least three of the following areas: architecture, requirements and design, development, testing, or application support.

4+ years of MSO or Telecommunications industry experience.

Strong background in enterprise BSS systems and solution architecture.

Experience designing and evolving large-scale distributed systems within enterprise environments.

Expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.

Strong understanding of Sales and Marketing technology ecosystems.

Ability to evaluate architectural tradeoffs and align solutions with business objectives.

Experience creating technology roadmaps and architecture strategies.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting CRM platforms and customer-facing systems.

Experience leading enterprise modernization initiatives.

Experience with digital transformation programs.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management platforms.

Experience mentoring architects, engineers, and technical teams.

Experience working within large enterprise environments.

Compensation & Benefits:
