Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Bookkeeping
- Invoicing
- Receiving and entering purchase orders
- Filing and maintaining records
- General accounting and administrative duties
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks experience required
- Knowledge of A/P and A/R
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Good communication and computer skills
- Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Friday | 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
- $17.50 per hour, depending on experience
- Weekly Pay
