Substance Use Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with substance use disorders OR a CADC/MCBAP certification. Clinical Leadership: Minimum of 2 years of clinical supervisory experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate behavioral health staff, including hiring, scheduling, assigning caseloads, and managing performance. Provide clinical guidance and oversight to ensure high‑quality behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment using evidence‑based practices. Oversee daily clinic operations, staff productivity, treatment schedules, referrals, and program performance. Maintain an active caseload while ensuring clients receive timely and effective treatment. Monitor treatment progress, missed appointments, and cancellations to identify barriers to successful patient care. Identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, departmental workflows, and overall quality of care. Collaborate with behavioral health leadership, medical providers, and treatment teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Support strategic planning, program development, and quality improvement initiatives. Assist with grant‑related activities, including data collection, reporting, and compliance requirements. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensing requirements, and tribal, state, and federal regulations while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
