Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 20.00 to $ 23.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Oversee facilities maintenance including general maintenance and repair of facility systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and other physical structures
• Manage work order processes and coordinate site services vendors
• Coordinate and facilitate the set up and breakdowns for company events
• Respond to emergency call-ins during storms or natural disasters
• General snow and ice removal
• Maintain certifications for fire extinguishers, fire system, and elevator maintenance
• Maintain grounds of all facilities (landscape, parking lots etc)
• Operate company vehicles to transport materials, inventory, tools, supplies etc
• May be required to operate forklift, pallet jacks, lifts, or similar motorized equipment
• General janitorial duties
• Other duties as assigned

Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2 years related experience
• Knowledge of basic facility safety standards
• Ability to use hand and electric powered tools
• Strong command of English language both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Ability to read, comprehend, and work from plans and operating instructions
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of mechanical and facilities repair and maintenance

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent pushing, pulling, stooping, and bending
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
