Job Description Job Opportunity: Speech Therapist

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Speech Therapist to deliver personalized care directly in the homes of patients throughout Western Colorado. In this position, you will:

Evaluate disorders related to speech, language, cognitive communication, and swallowing.
Create and execute tailored treatment plans for each patient.
Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
Provide education to patients and their families regarding treatment and progress.
Document patient advancements and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare providers.
