Radiant Mental Health Associates is in search of dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselors to provide essential therapeutic support to clients and their families in the comfort of a remote hospice setting. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while playing a critical role within our hospice center. Our operations run from Monday to Saturday, providing you with the autonomy to create a schedule that works best for you and your clients. Radiant Mental Health Associates supports its clinicians through in-house credentialing, as well as managing insurance participation and client scheduling, enabling you to focus primarily on patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will involve a range of clinical tasks aimed at evaluating and meeting the mental health needs of patients, including:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their specific mental health needs.
  • \n
  • Developing personalized treatment plans based on assessments, including triaging care and implementing evidence-based interventions.
  • \n
  • Documenting patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes with exceptional accuracy and timeliness to facilitate effective continuity of care.
  • \n
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care approaches for patients.
  • \n
  • Delivering various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other tailored interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with patients in a hospice setting, addressing complex emotional and psychological issues that arise during end-of-life care. This includes supporting families in grief processing and providing targeted interventions to enhance the quality of life during difficult transitions. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping individuals cope with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges that can present in these circumstances.

Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field.

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health settings, particularly with patient populations facing emotional distress.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with experience in hospice care or related fields will be considered favorably. Familiarity with end-of-life issues, grief counseling, and family therapy techniques will significantly enhance your suitability for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
