Senior Packaging Engineer

7+ years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 4 years focused on packaging in a retail or CPG (consumer packaged goods) environment Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign, plus strong Illustrator and Photoshop skills Deep knowledge of packaging production: dielines, structural files, prepress, color management, and print processes A proven track record of managing packaging for large SKU portfolios with multiple variants and a consistent system across them A portfolio showing packaging systems, not just individual pieces, with evidence of production-ready execution Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize competing launch deadlines Exceptional attention to detail, especially on regulatory copy, barcodes, and version control Comfort presenting and defending design recommendations to cross-functional partners A collaborative, team-first attitude and an interest in developing other designers Compensation: $85,000 per year annual salary Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
