our goal is to build the bridge between consumers and insurance providers. We aim to improve the comparison experience and save consumers time and money.
Our Center
Our center is a high volume/high touch center. Agents will routinely touch 60-70 records each hour during an 8-hour shift, making contact with roughly 50% of those records. The goal for those consumers we engage is to provide them with a delightful screening experience then transfer them to a licensed Insurance Agent from one of the nation's top carriers to obtain a quote. Many of the calls will be 20 seconds or less in length which means we must stay focused throughout the day to maximize our efforts when we have a conversation with a consumer.
