Cost Accountant

Company Profile: A global leader in advanced materials and engineered sealing solutions is looking to add a Cost Accountant to their team. This person will be responsible for shaping how the organization understands cost, performance, and opportunity across manufacturing, and plays an important role in leading the business forward as they continue their digital transformation journey. The Cost Accountant Will Be Responsible for the Following: Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders Analyze cost of goods sold (COGS), labor, materials, overhead, and inventory movements Ensure accurate valuation of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods Develop, maintain, and refine standard costs for labor, overhead, and materials Audit SAP controls to ensure data accuracy and compliance The Cost Accountant Should Have the Following Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of accounting experience with 3+ years of cost or manufacturing accounting experience SAP experience required Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr DSJ Global
