Requisitos :
Experiencia previa en soldadura y fabricación de metales; experiencia marina es preferida
Experiencia como líder o supervisor (preferida)
Conocimiento de los procesos de soldadura TIG y MIG
Capacidad para leer planos y dibujos de fabricación
Experiencia trabajando con acero inoxidable y aluminio
Capacidad para inspeccionar la calidad de las soldaduras y dirigir un equipo de soldadores
Horario :
Lunes a Viernes, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Fines de semana y horas extra ocasionales según las necesidades del proyecto
Duración :
Temporal con posibilidad de contratación permanente

Metalwork Welding Foreman | $1,900+ WEEKLY w/OT!

Key Requirements:
- Previous welding and metal fabrication experience; marine experience preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes
- Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum
- Ability to inspect weld quality and lead a welding team
Shifts:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Occasional weekends and overtime based on project needs
