What You’ll Do:

Guest Satisfaction:

• Greet every guest with a warm smile and ensure they have a fantastic experience at Dunkin’.
• Respond promptly and attentively to guest needs and special requests.
• Handle guest concerns efficiently and with care.
• Accurately complete all orders while adhering to Dunkin’s speed of service standards.
• Serve high-quality food and beverages to each guest, ensuring consistency.
• Provide guests with receipts and encourage them to share feedback about their visit.
• Collaborate with your teammates to serve all guests quickly and effectively.
• Maintain focus on guest needs while completing all assigned tasks with excellence.
• Uphold food safety standards and cleanliness at your workstation and throughout the restaurant.
• Describe and prepare featured products and beverages in line with current promotions.
• Monitor and refresh products in the display case to align with Dunkin’s merchandising standards.

Teamwork:

• Engage in training sessions and learn alongside your manager to complete essential Dunkin’ training.
• Support the onboarding of new crew members by sharing tips and knowledge.
• Foster a respectful and positive work environment by collaborating effectively with your team.
• Be open to coaching and guidance to continuously improve your skills.
• Arrive on time, ready to contribute your best to the team each shift.

Efficiency and Accuracy:

• Accurately handle POS transactions and payments.
• Follow Dunkin’s uniform and grooming standards to represent our brand.
• Clock in and out on schedule to support efficient operations.
• Adhere to all company policies and processes to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Prepare products according to Dunkin's quality and freshness standards.
