POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES Oregon & WA RN or compact license active and on file 
Must have 1 year of case manager or PCC experience

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Oregon & WA RN or compact license active; EPIC charting and experience with Medicaid/Medicare 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous KP experience preferred

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM M-F; EOW
