Real Estate Paralegal - (Analyst)

Job Details Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year About the role Top Law Firm seeks to add a Real Estate Analyst to their Real Estate Finance team. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial real estate experience as a Paralegal. This position would be a great match for someone that considers themselves a self-starter & team player. Requirements 5 + years of Transactional Commercial Real Estate experience as a Paralegal Experience with Lender side of commercial real estate closings for title, survey, & zoning review Experience analyzing title commitments, underlying title exception documents and surveys, zoning reports, etc. Experience preparing title and survey review letters to obtain lender’s required proforma loan policies and approved surveys Must be comfortable working directly with title companies, zoning consultants, surveyors, and various agencies to assist closing attorneys Paralegal Certificate or its equivalent is what is needed Equal Opportunity Employer Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
