Assistant Estimator

What you’ll be doing: Dive into blueprints and figure out how complex systems fit together Run takeoffs and help build real project estimates Support bids for hospitals, data centers, and large commercial buildings Learn how HVAC and insulation systems are designed, priced, and installed Work directly with experienced estimators who are invested in teaching Experience: You’ve been around HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical construction You’re detail-oriented and take pride in getting things right on the first try You want a career path with direction Compensation and Benefits: $22–$30/hour + bonuses (and overtime opportunities) Company-paid health insurance 401(k) + paid time off Hands‑on training You’ll have a path to grow into: Senior Estimator, Project Manager, Regional or leadership roles Why people stay: Leadership teaches instead of micromanaging Work ethic is valued and rewarded And you’re given the chance to build something long‑term If you’re ready to start building a career with momentum - you are encouraged to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
