SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY Provide compassion and emotional support to residents with Mental Health and/or IDD, ensuring all activities are designed and implemented with a goal of individual growth. Assist residents with tasks they are unable to perform for themselves such as: meal preparation, cooking, bathing, dressing and light housekeeping, monitoring and redirecting residents, as needed. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness High School Diploma or GED Current Physical/TB screening Current CPR/First Aid Certification PA State Criminal Background Don't have the credentials needed?
