2nd Shift Meat Associate - Part Time

We provide only the best quality meats that are lifetime antibiotic and hormone free. When we say our seafood is fresh, we mean it – time spent out of the water is kept to a minimum, and shipments are flown in several times per week. Are you interested in firing up your culinary skills? Our Jack’s Grill service allows our culinary experts to grill any of our proteins to perfection right there in the department. In this position, the opportunities to grow and learn are endless. What You’ll Do: Serve customers with enthusiasm and expertise. Take orders with accuracy, and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Package and label product with care. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the department. Operate department equipment such slicers, wrappers, and saws. Prepare products following standardized recipes and portion controls. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met at every step. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better® Food and Service. Food safety expertise. A willingness to learn about and taste great food. A willingness to practice the DLM Team Values: Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working Basic mathematical skills. 18 years old or older. Holiday and weekend schedule availability.
