Summary The Entry‑Level Financial Analyst supports the organization’s financial planning, analysis, and decision‑making processes. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and providing insights to improve business performance. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics. Analyze Bill of Materials to develop accurate Product Costs, including all cost factors for each Product. Drive and Track Cost Savings Initiatives from all departments to ensure value creation for the Organization. Perform and Support Cost Variance Analysis from Income Statement and Product Costing, such as comparison of Actuals to Budget, PPV Variances within Plex, and with the SCAR Generation within Plex. Design and prepare various ad‑hoc analysis and reports and provide input to the Finance and General Management Leadership as required by the organization. Responsible for General Ledger Activity, including preparing and posting monthly/quarterly journal entries, special accruals, settling internal orders (Job accounting) and running reports. Support Month/Quarter/Year End Journal Entries as required. Support Yearly External Audits as required. Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business decisions. Support Critical Business Activities outside of regular office hours as required (Year End, Physical Inventories, CFO visits, External Auditor On‑site visits, etc.) Team will be informed ahead of time whenever possible. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr SLPT
